Optoma Express Program
The "Optoma Express" Program is designed to provide customers (end-users) with the
best possible warranty service for their digital multimedia projectors. Through
this program, you can rest assured that in the unlikely event of necessary repair,
your projector's down-time will be kept to a minimum as much as possible. Simply
place a phone call to Optoma's customer service team, complete the appropriate forms,
and Optoma will handle the entire process. The customer service team will determine
if your projector is under warranty, and if a repair is necessary. If repair service
is required, Optoma will provide an expedited replacement for your projector.
Program Specifics
Year One of Warranty
During the first year of the warranty, if a projector requires repair, the end-user
will call Optoma's customer service team at (888) 289-6786 to obtain the appropriate
forms. The end-user will provide Optoma with the projector's serial number, proof
of purchase and credit card information. Optoma will then ship a refurbished unit
to the end-user. The end-user will then ship the original unit back to Optoma. Optoma
will only charge the credit card if the defective unit is not received by Optoma
within 15 days from the day Optoma shipped the replacement unit. The refurbished
unit will carry a warranty equal to the remainder of the existing warranty or 90
days, whichever is greater.
Year Two and Three of Warranty
During the second and third year of the warranty, if a projector requires repair,
the end user will call Optoma's customer service team at (888) 289-6786 to obtain
the appropriate forms. The end-user will provide Optoma with the projector's serial
number, proof of purchase and credit card information. Optoma will ship an appropriate
loaner projector to the end-user. The end-user will then ship the original unit
back to Optoma for repair. Upon completion of the repair, the original unit will
be returned to the end-user. The end-user will then ship the loaner unit back to
Optoma. Optoma will only charge the credit card if the loaner unit is not received
by Optoma within 15 days from the day Optoma shipped the repaired unit.

and direct accounts may be able to use a purchase order in lieu of a credit card.
In most cases, the end-user will receive the advance replacement within two business
days. Requests received after 2:00pm EST may require an additional day for delivery.
Only eligible products qualify for this program. Specifications of the Optoma Express
Program may be subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.
